We are seeking a results-driven 2nd Shift Operations Manager to lead and hold a high-volume fulfillment operation accountable for performance, execution, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role focused on driving productivity, reinforcing standards, and ensuring operational commitments are consistently met.On Site: Lexington, KYSecond ShiftWHAT YOU'LL DO:Lead a single shift of distribution operations with a strong emphasis on execution, accountability, and performance outcomes.Set clear expectations, monitor results, and take decisive action to ensure operational goals are achieved.Own shift-level performance and drive accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and cost metricsLead, coach, and develop supervisors and team leads to ensure consistent execution of operational standardsHold teams accountable to daily and weekly performance goals, addressing gaps with urgency and disciplineTranslate business objectives into clear priorities, workflows, and measurable outcomesAnalyze productivity, labor, and cost data to identify gaps and implement corrective actions that improve throughput and efficiencyEstablish and enforce standardized processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalabilityProactively manage staffing, scheduling, and labor planning to align with volume and service expectationsPartner cross-functionally to remove barriers and ensure alignment across operations, inventory, and qualityAddress employee relations matters promptly, maintaining a fair, consistent, and performance-focused work environmentProvide direct, timely feedback and conduct performance evaluations that reinforce accountability and developmentFoster a culture of ownership where leaders and associates are expected to meet commitments and deliver resultsEnsure strict adherence to safety standards and compliance requirementsMaintain visibility across shifts and flex schedule as needed to support business demandsWHAT YOU BRING:3–5 years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or a high-volume operational environmentDemonstrated ability to drive performance, enforce accountability, and deliver measurable resultsProven experience leading through others, including developing frontline leaders and holding teams to high standardsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and take actionAbility to make sound, timely decisions in a fast-paced environmentEffective communicator who can clearly set expectations and address performance at all levelsExperience managing labor, productivity metrics, and operational KPIsProficiency with WMS, RF technology, and reporting tools (Excel or similar)Ability to balance hands-on leadership with strategic executionEOE/Disability/Veterans
