Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and executing product development specializing in outdoor categories (shooting accessories, feeders, hearing protection, hunting accessories, etc.) while maintaining schedules and creating relationships with overseas factories.What You'll Do:Collaborate with internal customers to gain a clear understanding of product requirements, goals, and timelines, ensuring alignment with our commitment to quality products in the cutlery and archery categories.Manage the project team, consisting of engineers, sales, support, and factories, overseeing the entire product life cycle, from initial concepts to full productionEnsure all project team members have the necessary information and resources to carry out tasks effectivelyUtilize your knowledge of product design to balance technical and practical requirements, particularly in the realm of shooting accessory, feeder, hearing protection, and hunting accessory product developmentMindfulness of outdoor industry trends to lead and innovate product developmentDevelop and execute timelines, working closely with engineering departments to coordinate schedules and meet project goalsPrepare and manage budgets in collaboration with senior management, ensuring projects stay within financial constraintsCommunicate effectively with senior management, the project team, and factories on project-related issues, including risks, costs, and schedule challengesCoordinate schedules with other Project Managers, Engineering and Brand Management departments to maintain overall project alignmentEnter and maintain project-related information in tools such as Monday.comContinuously improve the process of delivering cutlery/archery broadhead projects that meet high standards of quality, functionality, and cost-effectivenessOrganize documentation and maintain file structure to facilitate efficient project managementLead and mentor other PM's to improve their skills and training with continuous improvementUndertake other duties as assignedCommunication with factories outside of normal business hours
