The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services team, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and machine learning services, driving innovation and operational excellence. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire your team, oversee quality deliverables while fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating complex challenges. Responsibilities Oversee the thorough delivery of AI and machine learning projects Inspire and motivate team members to achieve excellence in their work Cultivate substantial relationships with clients to understand their needs Navigate and resolve complex challenges in project execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation Confirm quality outputs that meet client expectations Utilize data-driven insights to enhance service delivery Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart Demonstrating leadership in AI/ML service delivery Managing end-to-end AI/ML service operations Leading client discussions on AI pipeline operationalization Implementing monitoring for AI models in production Guiding junior team members in AI systems Collaborating with architects and engineers for compliance Driving development of reusable AI components Leading Data & Analytics project delivery Demonstrating experience with ITIL processes The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
