Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to read a tape measure. Experience with shop tools and equipment required . Experience with auto body type work, sanding, dent repair, scratch repair. Ability to read prints and drawings. Great organizational skills. The ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
