Currently, ZNA is a small company under the umbrella of a large international German "hidden champion," with ambitious growth plans and tremendous potential.Workshop Manager / Technical Service Specialist (m/f/d)Spare parts sales, claim and repair managementYour main tasks:Developing and executing sales strategies to expand into new markets and maintain existing client relationshipsProviding customer support and technical consulting for ZOLLERN Drive Technology products, including spare parts, complaints, and repairsCollaborating closely with inside sales from order entry and analysis to proposal development and customer negotiationsPlanning, coordinating, and executing on-site service operations, including assembly, inspections, and repairs of gearboxes and winchesIndependently ensuring troubleshooting and mechanical repair work, both in-house and at customer locationsPreparatingf quotations and technical documentation for spare parts and repair servicesConducting customer meetings, technical inspections, and tailored sales presentationsCollaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions and ensure high-quality service deliveryProcessing customer orders in line with deadlines, cost targets, and quality standardsConducting preliminary contract reviews and supporting in customer negotiationsProviding accurate documentation of sales activities, service operations, and market trendsParticipating in ongoing training to stay up to date with product offerings and industry developmentsRequirements:Proven hands-on experience in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of gearboxes and winchesStrong technical understanding and affinity for mechanical systems, ideally in drive technologyStructured and independent working style with a high level of responsibility and reliabilityExperience in customer service or technical field service is highly desirableValid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel frequently, including international assignments (approx. 35% or more) Team player with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindsetAbility to professionally interact with clients on-site and represent the companyProficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Sage) is a plusParticipation in ongoing technical training and willingness to continuously improve skillsBenefits:Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance and Guardian Dental, Vision, Life, STD, SCCD: Company pay for employee and spousesHuman Interest Retirement Plan: 6% ER ContributionContact:We look forward to receiving your application at jobs@zollern.com.For any job-related questions, please contact Alexander Birkenmaier alexander.birkenmaier@zollern.com.
