At MediBril, we are committed to delivering exceptional care, and we believe that with your skills and passion, together, we can help our patients reach their fullest potential.Key Duties:Therapeutic Implementation: Assist in carrying out patient-specific therapeutic plans designed by the occupational therapist.Patient Progress Tracking: Monitor and document patients' performance and progress, providing feedback to the occupational therapist.Adaptive Equipment: Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment, ensuring they can carry out tasks independently.Therapeutic Exercises: Facilitate therapeutic activities and exercises as the occupational therapist prescribes to help improve patients' motor skills and coordination.Safety and Comfort: Ensure all activities are conducted safely and comfortably, making any necessary environmental adjustments.Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about home programs, helping them understand and continue therapeutic activities outside the clinical setting.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.Professional Development: Stay updated with industry trends, therapeutic practices, and emerging technologies to provide the best care possible.
