Explore our open roles and be part of a company that's raising the bar for airport dining.Position Overview:The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory flow, storage organization, and inter-unit deliveries across High Flying Foods' three SMF Airport restaurants. This role coordinates closely with restaurant managers to fulfill supply needs, maintains secure and compliant storage operations, and supervises two Utility Runners to execute daily logistics, stocking, and light maintenance tasks. The position requires hands-on work, strong organization, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced airport environment.What We Offer:Annual Salary: $63,000-$68,000Free parkingExcellent work/life balanceMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceMedical and dependent care FSA plans401(k) retirement program with 5% match after 1 yearPaid vacation and sick leaveFree employee mealsOpportunities for career growth and advancementResponsibilities:Coordinate with restaurant managers to determine inventory needs and delivery timelinesSupervise and direct two Utility Runners to complete daily delivery, stocking, and support tasksReceive incoming shipments from the loading dock and transport through security to storage areasTransfer supplies and equipment between storage and restaurant locations according to pull listsMaintain organized, clean, and well-stocked storage and back-of-house areas, ensuring proper product rotation and food safety standardsRestock items including beverages, grab-and-go products, and operational suppliesPerform minor maintenance tasks within the restaurantsCollect and dispose of refuse in accordance with company and airport standardsMove, store, or dispose of heavy equipment such as kegs, POS equipment, and signageEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and airport security regulations, including proper handling of equipment and sharp objectsSupport daily operational needs across multiple locations and perform other duties as assignedQualificationsQualifications:2+ years of management experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, maintenance, or similar roleOpen availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and supervise others effectivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentAbility to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment or machineryAbility to lift and move 100+ pounds regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for extended periodsComfortable working across multiple locations within an airport settingMust be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.Our Commitment to Equal Opportunity:We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are treated with respect, dignity, and fairness.
