Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent with a focus on lead generation and cold calling to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for triple net lease investments and private equity opportunities. You will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential leads for triple net lease investments and private equity opportunitiesConduct research to identify target markets and potential clientsGenerate new business through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospectsAttend industry events and conferences to expand your network and knowledge of the industryWork closely with senior agents to develop and implement sales strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finishMeet or exceed sales quotas and goalsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate or related field preferredActive real estate salesperson's licenseStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven track record of success in lead generation and cold callingFamiliarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools'Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA positive attitude and a strong work ethicThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start or grow their career in commercial real estate.
