This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp with Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Project SystemsYou will help with creation and release of Network Activities and Job Codes for value contractsHelp with Invoicing reconciliation and supportSupport continuous improvement through root cause identification and resolutionHelp troubleshoot and resolve EP1 systems and process issues according to Service level agreements and our requirementsSupport a culture of learning and cooperation through proactive engagement and resource sharingQualificationsPursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or human resourcesMinimum GPA of 3.0Completed Sophomore year of collegeFamiliar with basic accounting formulas and termsInterested in data management & analyticsInterested in working in a support organization (shared services, help desk, triage, ticketing)We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
