What You'll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, including workstations, servers, applications, remote access, networking, and wireless internet. Take ownership of support tickets from start to resolution, escalating when needed. Update tickets and time entries accurately and consistently. Create technical documentation and support flowcharts. Provide basic wireless internet troubleshooting for residential customers. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support. Travel locally as needed, sometimes with short notice. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused. Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and travel locally when needed. Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends as part of an on-call rotation.
