In our center, kids ages 7-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and can't wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. We're looking for a Fun & Learning Coordinator – someone who helps make our dojo exciting, welcoming, and full of imaginative learning moments. At Code Ninjas, kids learn to code by building video games. Your job is to make that journey fun, engaging, and memorable so that this is the most exciting place a kid comes all week.What you'll do:Lead quick challenges, games, and brain breaks that boost energyCreate fun mini-activities that complement coding timeWelcome Ninjas with enthusiasm and build connectionCelebrate wins, milestones, and belt-ups in memorable waysSupport a positive, inclusive dojo environment where every Ninja feels they belongEncourage creativity, collaboration, and peer sharingBring ideas that keep the dojo lively, playful, and inspiringWho you are:Upbeat, creative, and great with kidsConfident leading activities and sparking group engagementNaturally playful — you enjoy games, conversations, and sillinessExperience in youth programs, camps, recreation, or education is a bonus but not requiredNo coding experience required (although would be considered as a bonus)Why this role rocks:You get to shape the vibe of the centreKids will adore youEvery shift feels meaningful and energeticYou help create memories kids will talk about all weekYou're part of a supportive team that values community, creativity, and funCompensation: $18.00 per hour
