This role provides leasing assistance, customer service, and administrative support to multiple sites, helping to achieve occupancy goals and maintain resident satisfaction.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConduct leasing tours highlighting community features, available units, and apartment amenities for prospective residents across assigned communitiesProcess rental applications, screenings, and lease documentation. Explain lease terms, pricing, policies, and application proceduresRespond to resident and prospect inquiries promptly and professionallyAssist with lease renewals and resident retention activitiesMaintain an up-to-date knowledge of available units, rental rates, occupancy, accurate leasing records, and files for all assigned sitesSupport marketing efforts and resident engagement initiatives. Monitor local competition including pricing trends, occupancy, and amenities to support leasing strategiesTravel between communities regularly to provide on-site leasing supportEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policiesCollaborate with leasing managers and community managers to meet occupancy targetsNon-Essential DutiesAssist with resident events and community outreach as neededParticipating in team huddlesSupport administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and correspondenceParticipate in company training and professional development programsOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1+ years of leasing or property management experienceStrong customer service, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in property management software (i.e., Yardi, RealPage) and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing practicesAbility to travel regularly between assigned communitiesFlexibility to work weekends or extended hours as necessaryPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree or higher in related fieldExperience supporting multiple property sitesWork Environment and Physical RequirementsThis role requires travel between multiple apartment communities.Frequently walks property areas including stairs and outdoor spacesUses standard office equipment and mobile devicesAbility to lift up to 25 poundsCommunicate with residents, vendors, and team members in person and electronicallyMay be exposed to various weather conditions during property visitsCompany ValuesAll team members are expected to uphold and model our core values:Integrity - We do what's right, even when no one is watching.Community - We foster collaboration and connection with those we serve.Joy - We bring positivity and appreciation to our work.Pride - We take ownership and celebrate a job well done.Personal Responsibility - We hold ourselves accountable to commitments and results.Continuous Improvement - We embrace feedback, learning, and innovation.Equal Opportunity StatementDecron Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
