We are committed to precision, safety, and innovation, while fostering a collaborative environment that supports professional growth.Position SummaryThe Estimator/Inside Sales professional is responsible for supporting the sales and engineering teams by developing accurate cost estimates and preparing competitive proposals. This role involves gathering and analyzing data from internal departments, vendors, and historical records to ensure precise project costing.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze data from internal departments, vendors, and historical job records to develop detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, travel, and related expensesPrepare, format, and submit professional bids and sales proposalsCollaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to support project development and executionUtilize Excel and internal analytical tools to perform calculations and pricing analysisMaintain accurate estimating records and track actual costs versus estimatesEnsure a high level of accuracy through strong attention to detail and mathematical proficiencyAssist with improving estimating and sales processes and proceduresSupport procurement by assisting with requisitioning components and materials for awarded projectsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in ExcelExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWork EnvironmentFull-time, in-office position located in Houston (Aldine area)No travel requiredBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
