Lead by example, upholding the highest level of integrity in all interactions and tasks. Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a sense of collaboration and accountability. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure high standards of efficiency and quality. Investigate and resolve issues promptly, maintaining clear communication. Support new team members, providing consistent feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor and update tracking software and review timeclock reports to ensure accuracy. Monitor and review scheduling software to make sure projects are being completed on time and accurately. Position RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment. Required Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Required Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Required A team mindset with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Required Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
