If you have a passion for food service and enjoy working in a lively atmosphere, we would love to hear from you. *Duties* * Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. * Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the OpenTable system. * Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet our culinary standards. * Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. * Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. * Handle guest relations with professionalism, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. * Uphold cleanliness standards in the dining area, including resetting tables and maintaining an organized workspace. * Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided. * Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with patrons. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. * Knowledge of food handling practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
