Director, Human ResourcesDivision: Consumer Products DivisionLocation: North Little Rock, ArkansasReports To: VP, Human ResourcesWhat You Will DoThis position serves as a strategic Business Partner, contributing to business performance by providing expert consulting on people strategies, organization design, labor relations, and employee engagement. You will act as a knowledgeable advisor to key managers and functional groups to attract, develop, and retain top talent while anticipating the organization's needs to align with the overall business strategy.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Strategy: Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategy and selection for key senior roles; promote L'Oreal Operations as a "Best Place to Work."Integration & Onboarding: Oversee the integration of new employees through the FIT program, making data-driven recommendations for program improvements.Employee Development & Career Pathing: Strategically manage careers on an individual basis by building development plans and training opportunities, utilizing performance appraisals for professional growth.Succession Planning & Bench Strength: Partner with key leaders to define succession plans for key roles. Identify high-potential talent and develop strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.Organizational Effectiveness & Design: Influence and adapt the organization to align with business objectives; evaluate and drive recommendations for structure improvements.Culture & Change Management: Facilitate the communication of L'Oreal's vision and values. Operate as a tactical member of the team with a focus on implementing change and setting new standards.Total Rewards: Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to evaluate pay levels, bonus plans, and market competitiveness.Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws (ADA, FMLA, EEO, Wage & Hour, etc.) for the entire group.Strategic Projects & Analysis: Lead special HR projects and prepare reporting/analyses as required to resolve complex operational opportunities.What We Are Looking ForEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; Master's Degree (MBA/HR) and/or PHR/SPHR certifications are highly preferred.Experience: 10+ years of proven HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced Manufacturing or Operations environment.Financial & Technical Literacy: Solid knowledge of P&L and budget processes.
