divh2Parts Coordinator/h2pThe Parts Coordinator performs a variety of tasks in a warehouse environment purchasing, receiving, arranging, storing, packing, loading and unloading, shipping, tracking parts in inventory, creating schedules, and reading CAD prints. This role requires attention to detail, the use of computer programs, and excellent communication./ppEnsuring cleanliness, tidiness, organization, and safety of work environment./ppReceiving duties of loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and acceptance of deliveries for inventory./ppCounting and confirming inventory./ppInspecting inventory for damage and faults./ppCommunicating errors to relevant parties./ppMarking and labeling stock./ppStoring inventory in an accessible manner./ppLoading and wrapping stock on pallets./ppBuilding loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack./ppPurchasing parts unavailable from the plant, warehouse stock, and various supplies for the office and shipping department./ppWorking with the plant purchasing assistants to check for availability on parts needed./ppVendor returns for charge backs/ppShipping via FedEx or scheduling freight./ppManaging the current and obsolete parts in the warehouse - sending obsolete material to salvage./ppHelping pull larger parts and loading for home loads and contractors when needed./ppOrganizing the parts orders and creating a daily schedule./ppReading various prints in CAD/ppForklift Certification required/ppWork experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse./ppAbility to operate forklift proficiently./ppCompletion of background investigation and drug screening./ppStrong people skills./ppGood moral character./ppPhysically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions./ppPositive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance./ppAvailable to work extended hours./p/div
