Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Station General Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Anchorage, AK. The Station General Manager will oversee all aspects of station operations, including staff management, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining safety protocols, and managing budgets. This role requires collaborating with clients, addressing customer concerns, and striving for operational excellence to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. The position involves regular reporting to company leadership and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company values and goals. Qualifications Leadership and Management: Proven experience in team leadership, staff management, and operations oversight. Strong ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.Operational and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in operational planning, process optimization, and data analysis to enhance efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with experience in handling client communications, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer service standards.Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Solid understanding of aviation regulatory standards, workplace safety protocols, and compliance practices.Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address operational challenges and ensure effective solutions.Financial and Budget Management: Experience with financial planning, budget management, and cost control to meet operational objectives.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
