Assistant Project Manager

As a leading general contracting and construction management firm, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Daily Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to schedule and oversee construction activities Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, scheduling, and overall project coordination Process and track sub invoices, pay applications, and project billing Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with project progress tracking and coordination Assist with project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and turnover packagesRequired Skills:2+ years of experience in commercial construction project coordination, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar project-management-track role Strong knowledge of construction management principles Experience with subcontractor invoices, pay applications, and project billing Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards Nice to Have Skills: Procore software experience Microsoft Project Salary and Benefits: Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
