The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About The Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Curriculum Developer with strong ILT development experience to join our team. This role will design and develop customer-facing training courses and related learning assets, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructors to create engaging, learner-centered content. The ideal candidate combines instructional design knowledge with project management and communication skills to create engaging, learner-centered materials.This position requires comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, drafting, and content quality while maintaining instructional standards.If you are passionate about designing impactful instructor-led learning experiences, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy collaborating with technical experts to build high-quality training programs, we encourage you to apply and join our team.What You'll Do:Design and develop ILT and asynchronous learning materialsCollaborate with SMEs, instructors, and stakeholders to define course scope and contentSupport the development of ILT materials including course outlines, slide decks, lab guides, facilitator guides, and supporting assetsStructure learning experiences aligned to objectives and adult learning principlesDevelop visually compelling and instructionally sound materialsIncorporate validated technical feedback into instructional contentEnsure materials meet accessibility and quality standardsUse AI tools appropriately to support drafting and refinement Maintain and update courses based on feedback and evolving product requirements and updatesStay current with instructional design trends, AI developments in learning, and best practicesApply team processes consistently and provide feedback to support efficient project execution.What You'll Need:Course Development & Instructional Design ExpertiseExperience designing and developing instructor-led training (ILT) and asynchronous eLearning coursesUnderstanding of adult learning and curriculum development principlesExperience structuring learning objectives, course outlines, and instructional flowAbility to translate technical content into clear, teachable instructionExperience collaborating with SMEs and instructorsVisual Design & Instructional Asset DevelopmentStrong visual communication and layout skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Ability to create high-quality slides, diagrams, and instructional visualsExperience developing polished, customer-facing materialsAI Fluency & Workflow OptimizationFamiliarity using AI tools to support drafting, research, and content refinementComfort integrating AI into workflow while maintaining validation and quality standardsProject Management & QualityStrong attention to detail with commitment to quality deliverablesStrong communication skills for coordinating with instructors, SMEs, stakeholdersKnowledge of accessibility standards Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsExperience with LMS platforms (Docebo experience a plus)Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and RiseFamiliarity with SCORM packaging and LMS deploymentFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Proficiency in Camtasia for screen capture and video editingExperience using screen capture toolsStrong PowerPoint skills Experience using Asana or similar project management toolsProficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides) Working understanding of basic IT conceptsFoundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and tools preferredAbility to navigate technical platforms sufficiently to gather screenshots and validate workflowsBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or related field. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
