Click here or copy and paste into your browser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=APZBCNRYpKgAbout The RoleWe are looking for a detail oriented person that is able read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures, collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process, label feeders to be loaded onto pick and place, load pick and place feeders following established procedures.Essential Job Duties/ FunctionsRead and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.Label feeders to be loaded onto pick and place.Load pick and place feeders following established procedures.Set up and operate MPM paste machines.Set up and operate pick and place machines.Check output to ensure the highest quality.Maintain equipment in good condition.Keep records of production quantities and time.Notify the supervisor immediately of any defects, equipment malfunctions or other issues.Complete assigned jobs per established budget.Properly use tools and fixtures to prevent part damage/scrap and production down time.Follows 5S procedures.Other job-related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications/ KsaHigh School Diploma/GEDAbility to work independentlyWilling to work second shift (2:00PM - 12:00AM)Skilled with Windows PC & SoftwareAble to obtain IPC-610-001 CertificationPreferred Qualifications2 years’ experience in related industry or occupationPrevious experience in Electronics ManufacturingKnowledge of SMT terminology and component types, Quality or SMT backgroundKnowledge of ESDExcel & Word basicsAbility to recognize and categorize defect typesAbility to comprehend documentation such as customer drawings, bill of materials, datasheets, etc.WORKING CONDITIONSTypical working conditions at Kitron are indoors, safe, well lit, temperature controlled, low exposure to noxious fumes or offensive odors, clean and sanitary conditions with average light industrial noise. Production areas have machinery with moving parts. Static dissipative smock, and shoes are required.
