CNC Operator
Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Bow, NH to bring on a CNC Operator. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential. Position: CNC OperatorShift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMPay: $20– $27.00/hour (based on experience)Location: Bow, NHJob Type: Temp-to-Hire Summary: Join a team where your skills matter. Duties & Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines to produce precision partsLoad raw materials and unload finished componentsRun multiple machines efficiently in a production environmentInspect parts to ensure quality and accuracySelect and utilize proper tooling and fixturesUse measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMake minor program edits and adjust tooling/work offsets as neededPerform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas cleanFollow all safety, quality, and production procedures Qualifications: CNC or machining experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read measurements and use precision toolsBasic math skills (including geometry and trigonometry)Ability to work in a team-oriented environmentStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn This is a great opportunity to get into a stable manufacturing company with long-term potential and hands-on training.
