This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll play a key role in filling vacant units and helping clients find their next home.Your primary responsibilities will include:Following up with leads provided by the company.Sourcing new leads through creative outreach, networking, and marketing.Guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process with excellent service.Coordinating showings, applications, and move-in processes.Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and clients.Supporting office operations and administrative tasks as needed.This role offers base pay plus commission, with significant growth opportunities. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, driven, and excited to grow in the real estate industry.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Comfortable following up with and sourcing leads.Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools.Preferred Qualifications Active real estate license is a plus.Or, a strong interest in obtaining a real estate license (we encourage and support your growth).Knowledge of property management or real estate processes.Conflict resolution skills with professionalism and empathy.Bachelor’s or Associate degree is a plus but not required.Additional Growth Opportunity If you hold (or later obtain) your real estate license, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our in-house broker to help clients buy and sell homes.
