Operations Associate

Position: Operations Associate | Investment ManagementAn investment management firm is looking for an early-career professional to join its Client Operations team.This is a role where you’ll work closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Service, Trading, and Operations — with hands-on involvement in portfolio monitoring, trade implementation, compliance, client accounts, and data.What you’ll be doing:Create trades for client accounts and strategies as directed by Portfolio Managers or clientsMonitor portfolios for adherence to investment guidelines, strategy models, and risk controlsCommunicate portfolio compliance issues to Portfolio Managers and Senior ManagementSupport daily ETF Capital Markets activity in coordination with Portfolio Management, Trading, and OperationsAssist with new client onboarding and account setupMaintain data integrity across client records and systemsParticipate in operational and cross-functional projectsWhat they’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree and a strong interest in investment management0–3 years of relevant experience; portfolio administration experience a plusRecent undergrads considered IF they have related internship experienceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong Microsoft Office skillsFor immediate consideration, send resume to fmarzi@cyperusgroup.com
