Math, reading, and science learning occurs through adaptive applications. You won't use a whiteboard to explain long division or any academic subject.Creating original lesson plans. Alpha supplies life skills curriculum and implementation guides. Your role involves executing them effectively, not designing them independently.Evaluating assignments, conducting parent-teacher conferences, or overseeing standardized testing. Report card completion and state exam preparation are not part of this position.Supervising students passively while they work on devices. When students encounter difficulties, you actively coach them toward solutions. Passive observation contradicts this role entirely.Compromising standards when students resist.
