Your responsibility encompasses everything the software cannot provide: guiding students through challenges, teaching them to deliver constructive feedback, maintaining standards they didn't realize they could reach, and fostering genuine enthusiasm for learning. You'll facilitate interactive life skills workshops covering public speaking, concentration, and time management, followed by motivational sessions designed to cultivate authentic engagement rather than mere compliance.This environment differs fundamentally from a traditional classroom. You'll support a small K-12 student cohort who recognize you personally. Using Coachbot analytics, you'll monitor their advancement, identify obstacles, and teach them problem-solving strategies. Math, reading, and science learning occurs through adaptive applications. You won't use a whiteboard to explain long division or any academic subject.Creating original lesson plans. Alpha supplies life skills curriculum and implementation guides. Your role involves executing them effectively, not designing them independently.Evaluating assignments, conducting parent-teacher conferences, or overseeing standardized testing. Report card completion and state exam preparation are not part of this position.Supervising students passively while they work on devices. When students encounter difficulties, you actively coach them toward solutions. Passive observation contradicts this role entirely.Compromising standards when students resist.
