Filler OperatorThis position is responsible for:Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunitiesOwning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behaviorExcellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this positionMaintain quality standards for all products packaged using good manufacturing practicesMaintain highest efficiency possible based on standards set by company policyMaintain proper weights, code dates, quantity ordered, top and bottom leak detection check, and gable seal checks on all products bottledTaste all products to be bottled prior to starting that run for good, clean flavorSanitize filler every 30 minutesCheck butterfat of all white milk products prior to runMaintain accurate records of all production run time, weight, downtime, temperature of products run, and packaging material dumpedMaintains professional and appropriate dress, hygiene and personal appearanceOther responsibilities as assignedCompensation: $29.21Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
