Requirements: The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 3 yearsof hands-on automotive repair experience. Whiledealership experience is strongly preferred , it is not required. Additionally, prior experience withHyundai or Kiavehicles is a plus, though not mandatory. Desired Qualifications: Proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools and repair software Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Proficient in electrical systems Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds) Strong attention to detail and commitment to managing comeback rate of 5% or less.
