Network Operations Engineer

Network Operations Engineer3-5 years of hands-on network operations/support experience in a medium to large enterprise environment with high-volume network activity. Strong expertise in Routing & Switching including troubleshooting complex connectivity and performance issues. Experience managing and supporting Firewalls, Load Balancers, and SD-WAN technologies. Proficiency in packet capture and network traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark or equivalent. Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Splunk or similar platforms. Ability to work with telecommunication providers and circuit vendors to support WAN connectivity and service delivery. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and enterprise networking protocols. CCNA certification mandatory. Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues. Demonstrated initiative and proactive mindset to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential network problems before they impact business operations. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
