In this role, you'll design and build intelligent, scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, NestJS, and MongoDB, while also integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering to deliver contextual, dynamic features.You'll play a key role in architecting and delivering innovative solutions that fuse traditional development with next-gen AI experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable, performant full-stack applications using React, Next.js, NestJS, and MongoDBArchitect and implement AI-driven features including RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and retrieval chainsTune prompt templates, embeddings, and contextual data flows to optimize AI outputBuild secure, maintainable RESTful and GraphQL APIsCollaborate with designers, PMs, and data scientists to turn complex requirements into working featuresEnsure security, performance, and stability across frontend and backend servicesParticipate in peer code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipeline enhancementsStay informed on modern frameworks, AI integration techniques, and best practicesRequirementsRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Full-Stack DevelopmentDemonstrated experience building and deploying RAG-based AI systems (e.g., LLM APIs, embedding models, vector databases)Working knowledge of prompt engineering techniquesSolid understanding of API design (REST & GraphQL), authentication, and security best practicesExperience with Git, Docker, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworksFamiliarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or MilvusCI/CD and DevOps experience in Agile/Scrum environmentsPrior experience supporting DHS or federal agenciesCore BenefitsPaid Time Off PTO):TEN (10) Paid days off & FIVE (5) Floating days off.Holidays: 11 Paid Holidays.
