Client: General Electric Role: ServiceNow Developer / Administrator Location: Cincinnati, OH (Partial Remote – Candidate must be willing to work onsite) Duration: Contract Rate: $70/hr on W2 (Candidate must work on Apex Systems’ W2) Visa: USC Only Interview: TBDJob DescriptionServiceNow Developer / AdministratorWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to administer, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain multiple FedRAMP ServiceNow instances while ensuring platform stability, integrity, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, customize, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Perform platform administration, including provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance. Monitor ServiceNow applications daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure system integrity, availability, and performance. Collaborate with platform and delivery teams on ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and system configurations. Participate in code reviews and contribute to development discussions and best practices. Support both production and non-production ServiceNow environments. Work with production support and operations teams to resolve incidents and support cases. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance-related issues. Document administrative procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions. Gather requirements from business stakeholders and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Required QualificationsU.S. Citizenship is required. 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration. 3+ years of experience working with: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Knowledge Management Service Catalog ITOM / CMDB Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow system administration. Experience troubleshooting complex technical and performance issues. Hands-on experience working in Agile environments. Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (must be verifiable through the ServiceNow partner portal). Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – SPM and/or APM. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification. ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
