Accounts Receivable ClerkA dairy production company is looking for an accounts receivable clerk to join their team! This is a temporary position with a large milk manufacturing company in Dallas. This location produces milk for retailers across the country, including Starbucks, Walmart, and Sam's Club! They are looking for reliable people who love overtime. This is an excellent opportunity to gain training in accounts receivable, accounting software, and clerical work. In this role, you will work as an accounts receivable clerk and they also offer paid training! You will be trained on everything you need to know! Accounts Receivable Job Duties: Generate and distribute invoices and statements. Apply credit/debit memos for approved adjustments. Update customer accounts and contact info. Verify documents to prevent over-crediting. Support AR tasks, rebates, and special projects. You will be successful in this role if you have an A/R background and familiarity with A/R software! Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm Requirements: 4+ years AR, billing, and rebates experience in high-volume settings. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and office equipment. Strong 10-key accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of credit/debit adjustments and rebate processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Pay:$21.00 per hour Why Apply?
