Fixed Assets Accounting Manager

You will have management responsibilities for about 16 people across Plano and our Mexico Capability Center (MCC). A critical responsibility of this role includes identifying process improvements to drive efficiencies for the team, as well partnering with PFNA as we drive harmonization as part of the One North America initiative.This is a hybrid role based in our Plano, TX office.ResponsibilitiesOversee all assets capitalized and capital projects generated for PBNA, ensuring compliance and proper application of fixed assets policies and lease accountingResponsible for drafting of reporting schedules and review of direct report's reporting schedules each close periodLead and coach MCC team – 10+ members through consistent meetings and 1:1’sPartnership with One North America initiative team to ensure harmonization of Fixed Asset processes and proceduresSupervisory responsibility over the Construction-In-Process balance and that it is maintained and assets are capitalized in a timely mannerEnsure At-Risk assets are identified and communicated to senior managementCoordinate and support the Supply Chain Finance functions in the forecasting of depreciation expense, which is a critical component of Operating Cash Flow targetCompensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
