MEP Superintendent – Mission Critical Data Centers$150K–$180K Base + Performance Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + Attractive per diemWe are partnering with a leading Mission Critical General Contractor seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across Texas and the surrounding region.This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a substantial $30 billion backlog of Hyperscale data centers and a strong growth trajectory, overseeing the field execution of critical mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and fire protection systems from installation through commissioning and turnover.Key Responsibilities:• Lead day-to-day MEP field operations and trade partner coordination• Drive schedule, quality, safety, and productivity performance across all MEP scopes• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, and fire protection contractors• Partner closely with Project Management, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams• Support commissioning readiness and successful project turnover• Identify and resolve constructability, coordination, and installation challengesIdeal Background:• MEP Superintendent experience on large-scale construction projects• Data Center or Mission Critical experience with a General Contractor• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical systems, controls, and commissioning processes• Proven ability to manage multiple trade partners and complex field operations• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
