Workiva Implementation Manager

Due to continued growth in their Workiva practice, our client is looking to hire an experienced Workiva Implementation Manager to lead client engagements and deliver successful Workiva implementations across a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients! This is an opportunity to work with organizations on complex transformation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams across finance, accounting, technology, risk, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Workiva implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with finance and executive stakeholders.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workiva solutions.Configure and optimize Workiva solutions to support financial reporting, SEC reporting, ESG, SOX/Internal Controls, and risk management initiatives.Facilitate workshops, solution design sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Develop project plans, manage risks, track milestones, and communicate project status to stakeholders.Coordinate with technical teams, solution architects, and developers to ensure successful delivery.Lead client training sessions and drive user adoption and change management efforts.Identify opportunities for process improvement and additional Workiva capabilities that add value to clients.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continued growth of the Workiva practice.Qualifications5+ years of experience implementing Workiva solutions in either a consulting or corporate environment.Experience leading full lifecycle Workiva implementation projects.Strong understanding of financial reporting, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, ESG reporting, or governance processes.Previous consulting experience preferred.Proven project management experience leading enterprise implementations.Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
