We are in search of a Senior Finance Manager is a key member of the site leadership team and serves as a strategic business partner to operational leadership. This role is responsible for the day to day financial management of the business unit, including financial planning and analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and site level accounting activities. The position oversees a small finance team and plays a critical role in driving performance, supporting transformation initiatives, and strengthening financial discipline across the organizationKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Business PartneringAct as a true business partner to site leadership, evaluating performance against annual budgets and long term business objectivesProvide actionable insights and recommendations related to financial and operational strategyDevelop and implement tools, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decision makingSupport the establishment of annual objectives, operating plans, and meeting cadencePartner with external consultants and auditors as neededExecutive ManagementServe as an active member of the site leadership teamParticipate in decisions related to strategic initiatives, operating models, and execution plansCollaborate cross functionally to influence outcomes without direct authorityFinancial Planning & AnalysisPrepare and maintain monthly forecasts, including profit and loss reporting by division versus budgetAnalyze financial results and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunitiesSupport evaluation of business initiatives such as capital investments, asset acquisitions, and new program launchesDevelop and manage the capital budgetParticipate in routine financial calls with division and corporate leadershipFinance & ForecastingOversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidityMonitor cash, working capital, and asset managementBuild forward looking, predictive financial models and activity based analyses to support strategic planningSupport revenue recognition analysis for project based work in accordance with accounting standardsPlanning & BudgetingCoordinate the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecast cyclesDevelop financial business plans aligned with operational goalsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, including cost accounting, accounting, and financial analysis rolesManage workload allocation, training, performance evaluations, and issue resolutionFoster a collaborative, high performance team environmentCash & Risk ManagementOversee weekly cash management activities and approve payablesProvide oversight and support for accounts receivable and collectionsMonitor key legal and financial risks impacting the business unitEnsure compliance with regulatory, audit, and reporting requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required. CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong foundation in accounting with hands on cost accounting experience. Experience supporting shared services environments and project based accounting. Proven ability to analyze revenue recognition under applicable accounting standards. Experience with ERP and consolidation systems; exposure to advanced forecasting tools preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and senior leaders. Strong people leadership, problem solving, and communication skillsWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule with multiple days onsite per week.
