Position Summary: AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Houma, LA that is the leading provider of quality construction, manufacturing, engineering, repair, and conversion products and services to the marine industry. The Structural Fitting Leaderman is responsible to direct their workforce in the successful fitting and welding of all piping components of assigned vessels. Essential Functions: Must be familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed Requirements: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of craft-specific experience performing structural fitting functions Ability to interpret standard construction drawings Basic knowledge of Structural Fitting specific processes and techniques
