The role involves managing revenue cycle processes, reviewing and processing medical claims, handling insurance follow-ups, resolving claim denials, and ensuring accurate coding using ICD-10 standards. The Medical Billing Account Manager will also communicate with insurance providers and clients to address billing issues, maintain compliance, and maximize revenue collection.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Medical Terminology and Insurance processes Experience with Denials management and ability to resolve billing disputes Proficiency in applying ICD-10 coding standards Familiarity with Medicare and other insurance regulations Exceptional organizational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Knowledge of billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in medical billing or coding are preferred
