Job description:Field Marketing & Lead Generation SpecialistPrince Roofing & Construction | Charleston / Summerville, SCWe are looking for a driven, high-energy Field Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth through a combination of field outreach, phone-based lead generation, and digital marketing support.This role is structured around daily activity that directly generate opportunities for our sales team.Daily Responsibilities:Spend 2–3 hours in the field each day:Working in neighborhoods where we currently have active projectsEngaging homeowners and setting qualified estimate appointmentsVisiting job sites to capture photos and videos to support digital marketing effortsSpend 2–3 hours per day on telemarketing efforts:Reaching out to previous customers to generate 5-star reviewsFollowing up with homeowners who have previously inquired about estimatesRe-engaging prospects who may have received quotes from other providers or usCalling to confirm scheduled appointments to ensure they are set and readySupport digital marketing efforts as needed:Assisting with Facebook and other lead generation campaignsFollowing up with inbound digital leadsHelping track and manage leads within our systemsWhat Success Looks Like:Consistently generating qualified estimate appointmentsDriving customer engagement through reviews and follow-upImproving appointment show rates through confirmation callsSupporting marketing efforts that directly contribute to revenueCompensation:$20.00/hour base$50 per qualified estimate appointment1% commission on revenue generated through your effortsOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$70,000+ based on performanceWhat We’re Looking For:Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeownersSelf-motivated and results-drivenComfortable working both in the field and on the phoneOrganized and able to manage daily activity effectively
