Professional Unarmed Security Officer

The right person must be observant, vigilant & have a watchful eye to see issues before they escalate, responsible for keeping calm & de-escalating any & all situations You will be responsible for watching the monitors, checking people in through the metal detector & bag checks. You are also responsible for keeping everyone safe, calm & de-escalating any & all situations. Other duties your responsible for are, watching the circle to make sure cars are only dropping off or picking up, no parking. Gathering wheelchairs as needed Two (2) Positions are available Full Time Days-Monday-Friday @ 0700-1500 Part Time/Per-Diem Evenings-Monday-Friday @ 1500-2300 Part Time Positions is also a Filler when needed Position Both positions are responsible to work Holidays at Time & Half “YOU MUST COMPLETE BOTH SKILL TESTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EITHER OF THESE POSITIONS” Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Required to Answer to be Considered- Do You Own Your Own Reliable Transportation Experience: Working Unarmed Security: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) CT Guard Card (Required) Ability to Commute: Bridgeport, CT 06606 (Required) Work Location: In person
