For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Architect - Data Visualization to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.This remote role will focus on shaping enterprise analytics and data visualization solutions that help clients make better decisions with trusted, scalable reporting. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to assess analytics maturity, define roadmaps, and guide the design of secure, high-performing BI environments. This position also serves as a trusted technical advisor, translating business goals into sustainable solutions and enabling long-term adoption across the organization.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $160,000 – $215,000 annuallyResponsibilities Serve as a lead technical advisor for enterprise data visualization and analytics adoption. Lead workshops to assess analytics maturity and develop strategic roadmaps with stakeholders. Architect and oversee the implementation of Power BI solutions with high-performance optimization. Design security and access models to maintain a cohesive reporting environment for all users. Translate business objectives into comprehensive analytics solutions that fit client needs. Conduct design reviews and enablement to empower clients for ongoing solution sustainability. Set design standards that ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines across reporting solutions.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Five or more years of experience delivering enterprise analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI. Hands-on experience with Power BI at an enterprise scale, including dimensional modeling and performance tuning. Expertise in designing enterprise reporting architectures and security models. Experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements, workshops, and strategic advisory initiatives. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Direct Lake semantic models at a strategic level.
