CNC Machine Operator Location: Thornton, CO (On-site)Pay: $22$26/hr + shift differentialType: Contract-to-Hire | Start ASAPAvailable Shifts 2nd Shift (2 openings): MonThu | 3:30 PM2:00 AM (+$1/hr)Weekend Days (1 opening): FriSun | 7:00 AM7:30 PM (+12%)Weekend Nights (3 openings): FriSun | 7:00 PM7:30 AM (+15%)Lead CNC Operator Weekend Nights (1 opening) (may be internal)Job Summary Seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators to independently run CNC lathes and mills, perform setups, read blueprints, and produce high-precision parts under tight tolerances.Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes/mills (Okuma experience a plus)Perform machine setups, tool changes, and adjustmentsRead and interpret blueprintsProduce parts to tight tolerancesInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and CMMCut material using manual bandsawsDeburr finished partsWork independently; lead operators may assist with trainingRequirements 1+ year CNC machine operation experienceSetup and blueprint reading experienceQuality inspection experienceAbility to work independentlySteel-toe boots requiredPreferred CNC lathe experienceG-code editingManual lathe or bandsaw experienceJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
