It leverages technology and software development to support health-related services, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency at scale.About the OpportunityThe Sr Developer is responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new applications. This role contributes to reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions that support the organization’s healthcare services. The position plays an important role in advancing technology initiatives, improving system performance, and supporting critical business operations.Responsibilities• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain applications.• Utilize multiple programming languages and software development methodologies.• Design and implement application and product features.• Work with integration technologies such as Tibco, Informatica, and CAS.• Develop solutions using mobile and web technologies.• Implement service-oriented architecture and cloud computing solutions.• Monitor and manage system performance and configuration.• Apply software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.• Collaborate on design and development standards and ensure quality compliance.• Support the productionization of applications, including administration, troubleshooting, and debugging.• Communicate effectively to bridge business and technical requirements.• Travel up to 20% as required.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of IT experience, technical certification with 6 years of IT experience, or 8 years of IT experience.• Proficiency in traditional programming languages such as COBOL, Perl, and C++.• Experience with scripting languages including BASH, Perl, Python, or Ruby.• Familiarity with Java 21, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Kafka, IBM MQ, SQL, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Apache Camel, CXF, Hibernate, OAuth 2.0, and Spring JPA.• Experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and MuleSoft.• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure Red Hat/OpenShift environments.• Experience with application servers such as Tomcat and WebSphere.• Experience developing high-volume transactional web applications and working with multiple integration patterns.• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.• Ability to manage workload and priorities while effectively resolving conflicts.• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative-thinking skills.• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Base pay range: $92,700.00–$167,500.00.• Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and geographic location.• Eligible for an annual incentive bonus plan subject to applicable plan terms and conditions.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
