About The RoleThe role owns the reliability, scalability, and security of production infrastructure supporting high-traffic applications across multi-region cloud environments.The engineering team collaborates closely with software developers to embed operational excellence, automated testing, and robust monitoring into every stage of the delivery lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, provision, and maintain production cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and AWS or GCP primitivesBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Kubernetes for seamless, automated deploymentsImplement comprehensive observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK to monitor system health and latencyEnforce rigorous security and compliance standards through automated vulnerability scanning, IAM policies, and secret managementParticipate in an on-call rotation, performing incident triage, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation to prevent future outagesDrive cost-optimization initiatives, capacity planning, and performance tuning across all microservices and database clustersWhat We Are Looking For3–6 years of experience in DevOps engineering, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure automationStrong proficiency in Linux system administration, bash scripting, and Python or Go for automation tasksHands-on experience managing containerized workloads with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm charts in productionDeep understanding of networking concepts: VPCs, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and TLS/SSL certificate managementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio, FinOps cost management, or chaos engineering practices
