Partner Services Liaison - Legacy of Hope.
Position DescriptionSchedule: Monday-Friday Day ShiftLocation: Birmingham AreaThis position will develop relationships between the Legacy of Hope (LoH) and hospitals in the service area. It will provide education to hospital staff and physicians regarding organ and tissue donation, donation policies, and the state, federal, and Joint Commission standards that impact donation. It will develop and lead a multi-disciplinary donation committee within all Super A, A hospitals and other hospitals as assigned. The role will collect, analyze, and distribute referral data to hospitals, and maintain good rapport and professionalism with all clients and audiences. The role requires availability for flexible hours occasionally to facilitate education to hospital partners on night and weekend shifts, and to be available via telephone to address issues at assigned hospitals in real time.Position RequirementsEducation and ExperienceRequired: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, marketing, or a similar field of study. 4 years of applicable experience may substitute for degree requirement.PreferredDegree in public relations or communications. Experience in marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or a communications-related field. Experience documenting detailed information.
