To learn more, visit www.associaonline.com.Job Description The Finishing Associate helps with finishing and mail processing equipment for the company’s in-house print shop includes setting up and monitoring equipment, as well as quality checking the finished products. This role is responsible for high-quality, on-time work with accurate piece counts for fulfillment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to complete tasks efficiently in a high-volume fulfillment environment. Thei role is onsite at our Richardson, TX location and may require some shiftwork on the weekends as needed. Must have good driving record and valid, unexpired Texas Driver’s license.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete non-automated work such as hand inserting and metering mail.Set up and operate finishing and mail processing equipment.Read and interpret job tickets to determine the type of work to be done, the quantities to be produced, and the materials needed.Prepare mail for delivery to post office and/or third-party delivery services with correct labels and packaging.Complete jobs in priority order while ensuring adherence to turnaround times, deadlines, and service levels.Continually monitor quality and equipment to ensure proper operation.Follow quality control standards.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.Provide a high-level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with vendors and team members.Deliver jobs to post office.Safely operate and maintain company vehicle in compliance with traffic regulations.Load and unload goods or equipment as needed, ensuring their safe handling and secure storage.Transport orders to and from specified locations in a timely and efficient manner.Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance, reporting any issues promptly.Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of company vehicles.Ensure that all required vehicle documents, such as licenses, insurance, and registration, are up to date and valid.Requirements Required Qualifications1+ years of experience in print production or in-house fulfillment operation.Ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and fluctuating demand with calm competence.Valid driver’s license for company vehicle to be operated.Proven driving record with no major accidents or traffic violations.Knowledge of local traffic laws.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to emerging technologies.Physical / Environmental RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and move materials/equipment as needed (reasonable accommodations available).Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds, and move supplies around the building.Comfortable working in a production environment with printers, finishing equipment, and shipping supplies.May be required to cover some shifts on occasion that are outside normal business hours.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Tracey JohnsonPrint Shop ManagerDesk: 214-569-9319Listing ID: 148822Company Name: Ink Print +Mail Contact Name: Tracey Johnson Social Media Tags: Yes Share Company Name: Yes Add to favourites
