Head Cross Country Coach (DCHS)

Dawson County High School is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as Head Cross Country Coach for the 20262027 school year.This position is responsible for leading and developing a successful cross country program while providing mentorship and guidance to student-athletes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of cross country, a genuine commitment to student development, and the ability to foster a positive, safe, and inclusive team environment.The Head Coach will play a vital role in promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth, while serving as a positive role model for all participants.
