Driven by continued growth, General RV is adding a Video Content & Motion Graphics Creator to the marketing team to elevate our visual storytelling and creative capabilities.This individual will be responsible for producing engaging video, photo, and motion graphic content that supports brand and marketing objectives across digital and social platforms. This role helps bring ideas to life through platform-specific content that strengthens visual storytelling and brand consistency.About Our Team Unlike most organizations, we don’t outsource creativity. With 37 specialized team members, we drive innovative campaigns at scale and have played a key role in growing General RV into a $2B+ industry leader.WHAT YOU'LL DOConceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photo, video, and motion graphic content for social media, GeneralRV.com, broadcast, streaming, and other marketing channelsCreate high-quality motion graphics and animations including typography, transitions, logo animations, product callouts, and branded graphics packages that enhance storytelling and audience engagementDevelop consistent branded motion systems and creative assets across campaigns, video series, and marketing initiativesCollaborate closely with the Social Media and Creative teams to create fresh, engaging content that supports brand growth and campaign goalsStay current on social media and industry trends to create timely, performance-driven contentDeliver photo and video assets on schedule while managing multiple projects, timelines, and content calendarsQuickly learn and execute established creative processes and brand standardsTravel multiple times per month for on-location shoots at vendor sites and dealerships nationwideBring a passion for storytelling and creating content that is relevant, entertaining, and engaging for audiencesWHO YOU AREBachelor’s degree in Video Production, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred1-3 years of experience creating video, photo, and motion graphic content for digital and social platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and PhotoshopStrong portfolio demonstrating video production, motion graphics, animation, and post-production capabilitiesExperience creating engaging social media content with a strong understanding of current trends and platform best practices across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channelsHands-on experience with production equipment including cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio gearRV or camping industry experience is a plus, but not requiredOnline portfolio showcasing relevant work is requiredPERKSGeneral RV offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, paid vacations and a 401k with company matching.About General RVGeneral RV was founded when Abe Baidas converted a Detroit gas station into a small RV sales and manufacturing facility in 1962.
