Remote Junior SQL Developer

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Junior SQL / .NET Developer for a top healthcare client. This candidate will join a growing team supporting data processing and transformation initiatives within a healthcare environment. The role is heavily SQL-focused, requiring hands-on experience with stored procedures, indexing, and relational data design, along with exposure to C#/.NET for application-level data handling.This individual will play a key role in extracting and transforming data from enterprise systems such as FACETS, leveraging SSIS and ETL methodologies to support downstream data platforms. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, eager to learn, and looking for long-term growth while working closely with senior leadership. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, direct answers are essential for success in this collaborative, fast-paced environment.Day-to-Day:Develop and maintain SQL stored procedures for data processingWork with relational databases to optimize queries and indexingExtract data from FACETS using SSIS pipelinesSupport ETL processes feeding into EDM systemsBuild and maintain C# applications to transform and process dataAssist with scheduling and automation using tools like TidalCollaborate with senior team members and shadow leadership for growthLearn and adapt to healthcare-specific data workflows and systemsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
