We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.Position Overview:The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, coordinating teams, subcontractors, clients, and resources to ensure successful execution. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage construction projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Manage procurement of materials and equipment.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and change orders.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of construction project management experience.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety regulations.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.What We OfferCompetitive salary ($80,000 – $120,000 based on experience).Health, vision, and dental insurance.Disability insurance.401(k) with 4% company matching.Paid time off (PTO).Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.A collaborative, mission-driven work environment.How to Apply: Please submit your resume.GPA Environmental Group Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
