Financial Advisor We’re hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client- a growing, retirement-focused wealth management firm based in Central Florida. This is a high-impact role for a driven advisor who loves both closing new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.You’ll step into a warm, boutique style environment with strong marketing support, uncapped earning potential, and a clear, repeatable sales process. The firm provides qualified leads; you provide the hunger, professionalism, and closing skills.What You’ll DoClient Acquisition & Sales• Run a three-meeting advisory process with pre-qualified prospects (largely retirees and pre-retirees)• Conduct discovery meetings to build rapport, understand client goals, and explain the firm’s planning approach• Deliver portfolio “x-ray” reviews and highlight weaknesses and opportunities in clients’ current portfolios• Present clear, confident recommendations aligned with the firm’s models, annuity solutions, and tax strategies• Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients and shepherd them through onboardingClient Account Management• Initially manage a portion of existing clients and become their primary relationship owner• Conduct review meetings and identify opportunities for additional AUM and annuity business• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, communication, and follow-throughPlanning & Implementation• Work with the team to implement investment recommendations, including applications and transfers• Coordinate with the Director of Client Services on operations and service items• Use CRM with AI notetaker to document meetings efficientlyGrowth & Marketing Support• Benefit from strong marketing and seminar funnels- no personal marketing spend required• Participate in client coffees and relationship-building (reimbursed)• Over time, lead educational seminars in the community• Potential to run Zoom meetings from home after successful trainingTeam, Culture & Collaboration• Join a warm, family-style team with high expectations• Participate in weekly meetings to solve systemic issues• Collaborate with the CEO, Senior Advisor, and Director of Client ServicesIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience• Experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or similar role• Strong closing ability, especially with retirees• Familiarity with annuities, retirement income planning, and model portfoliosLicensing & Education• Active Series 65 (or equivalent)• Active Florida 215 (life & health)• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredSkills & Attributes• Natural closer with strong presence• Hungry, ambitious, and motivated by uncapped compensation• Coachable and committed to following a proven sales process• Positive energy, initiative, backbone, and excellenceBenefits• Medical, dental, vision (60-day eligibility)• Simple IRA after 1 year• Traditional vacation daysLocation & Schedule• Full-time, on-site in Central Florida• Training across Gainesville, Ocala, and The Villages• Long-term primary office: The Villages• Some evening seminars required
